Pros (+) Great staff, very comfortable bed, large room with a balcony, reasonably priced.
Cons (-) A full 20 minute drive from downtown, 30 minutes to six flags
Pros (+) Thankfully, the pillows were plentiful and comfortable. Excellent for curling up with while writhing in pain and sickness from the food poisoning conveniently obtained from the cafe downstairs. The staff was kind and sympathetic, but we never received the promised call from the GM.
Cons (-) Well, the food poisoning, obviously. The guy who was clueless running the "bistro" must have been a fill in. Clearly not trained in food safety.
Pros (+) I liked that the staff was very nice, and the hotel was clean.
Cons (-) I didn't like that the pool smelled so much like chlorine, and I paid for a king deluxe room. When I walked into my room it was very small. A huge disappointment! I wanted space like in the pictures. This really upset me. Also, they take your money very fast and cannot even give us breakfast.
