You can't sleep at night because of the music from the bar
Comfortable mattress, nicely located. Hostel desk was always staffed and staff provided good recommendations. Breakfast options were really good.
The dorms were very dark. Would be good to have a light and charging point by each bed. Pillow was terrible. Tour prices are very expensive, I booked tours through Otisa instead, the hostel should really change their provider. I was also unable to drop off laundry at the hostel and get it delivered which seemed unusual, as I was on a tour 7am-9pm I wasn't able to get laundry done. Breakfast was awesome but service was very slow and we were late to the start of our tour, perhaps they could start serving earlier.
The staff were so nice to us and the beers are veeery cheap, which is always a super good point!
This hostel has a great bar with great offers. Outside the bar is even a bonfire. Dinner is good and cheap, breakfast is included and amazig. You can connect to a lot of new people and going out in San Cristobal is a lot of fun. Also the tours the hostel offers are nice and for a good price.
best hostel i’ve stayed in. Great atmosphere and plenty of space to hang out. Staff were super nice and friendly and there were always activities on in the evening. Kitchen was nice and spacious and breakfast was so good.
