I loved the location, close to everything, yet apart from the busyness. Really appreciated a substantial free breakfast offering. Tho' instructions above the toasters would go a long way. Lol. They aren't intuative.lol. Lots o warming vs toasting. Great comfey bed, crisp sheets. Enjoyed the bath soap, shampoo conditioner & hairdryer & Kurig coffee maker. 100%

Cons (-) I didn't care for being told that there was a parking surcharge that was hidden in the fine print. All charges should up front on the first web page of the site.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. There was a fair amount of variety to the complimentary breakfast. Great local shuttle service, including to the Marine Corp graduation services. Would recommend.
Cons (-) The down side to this hotel is the location. The hotel is sandwiched between I-5 and a very busy street. The noise level could be intolerable to some.
Pros (+) I liked the breakfast, coffee bar, location to downtown, Old Town, and Little Italy as well as the wedding venue we attended. Everyone was friendly and smiled. Security parking was a great plus as we had a new car and feared there would be issues.
Cons (-) Some things to consider changing include attention to details. 1. Be sure to leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the room at all times 2. Put screens on the windows facing the freeway as the room was extremely humid 3. Towels should not have holes in them even if they are smaller than a dime 4.
