Pros:Ubicación and amenities.
Cons:More USB and electrical outlets
Pros:Very comfortable and mostly quiet. All they need was better scrambled eggs and they need to have CINNAMON rolls for everyone. Other than that I loved it.
Cons:No CINNAMON buns.and the scrambled eggs needed more butter and the biscuits were hard.
Pros:Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros:Don't be fooled by the low price, this place is amazing! Great value and within walking distance from the border. Liliana (front desk) was extremely friendly and gave good suggestions for mexican food!!
Pros:The hotel was clean and the staff were nice, until we asked if we could check out early.
Cons:We really didn't know that the hotel was literally on the Border of the US and Mexico in the warehouse district. We wanted to move to get closer to down town San Diego and when we call Kayak and asked if they could help they called the hotel and were told no. We would have stayed with the same hotel chain and even paid more but we were told no. The staff at the front desk were no longer so nice. We spent much of our time in the car driving. We will make sure we look at Google earth next time we book a hotel.The Breakfast was not so wonderful, they had a pancake machine that was not in operation until the last day and not until after we ate breakfast. We asked for a good Burger place around there and they could only suggest McDonald's. No hot tub, which would have been nice after the long days walking around.The pool was not heated and was really cold. Pool pictures are very deceiving. We purchased a soda from the little store and they couldn't break a $20.00 so we had to charge it to the room. All in all not such a great experience.
Pros:AMAZING hotel. Stay here- awesome beds, awesome bathroom, awesome staff, awesome breakfast!
