Pros (+) Location and the history
Cons (-) Getting run down. Seems that the 2010 earthquake must have really set them back. Understaffed to maintain the once magnificent grounds Unfortunately, it has fallen far from being listed in book "1000 Places to Visit before you Die" and when was a Relais&Chateau hotel.
