Cons:the room smelled like mold, there was no screen on the window and the pillows were no normal flat pillows and the milk for the breakfast was in a dirty picture, there was dry milk on the outside of it with a ring around it as if theyve never cleaned it
Pros:The hotel was a very comfortable, accessible, affordable. The fact that they had a parking garage was really convenient for us. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Cons:Before we checked out the maids had already open the door to be ready to clean, we had left a charger and a few bathroom items to come back for. But I think you should wait till the room is checked out, it was only 11:30 am.
Pros:Went during winter. Nice heater. Quite Reasonable WiFi
Cons:There are very limited space like 10 spots. If you arrive late, there isn't any space available. I saw a broken window in front of the hotel so had fear of parking outside of the hotel.
Pros:The room was clean and looked fresh painted, although it smelled strange. The location is good and this is all that we liked.
Cons:Lombard is a very busy street, so if you need a good night sleep, find a different hotel or ask for room that faces the other side. Pillows are horrible, room smelled funny, towels old and olso smell. Free breakfast; carbs and coffee with dry creamer and sweeteners, also orange juice. Free parking is very limited, and there is no parking around, so be prepared to cruise around if you are driving.
