El Hotel espectacular. La habitación super practica y la cama comodisima. Muy atentos los empleados. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el area llena de deambulante. Muy triste la situación. Aunque no paso nada, nos preocupo la seguridad Aunque el hotel tenia seguridad. Eso nos gusto.

Pros (+) The hotel itself is okay.. but the location is super poor.. it is located in the center of SFO but a lot of HOMELESS people, there’s people who sells groceries on the street, super dirty surroundings and super scary. Not safe place especially if you travel with kids.
Cons (-) Clean the surroundings and remove the homeless people who does drugs in the street.
