Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast offerings and find the beds to be comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, there are repeated complaints about the quality of service, particularly at the reception, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and issues with customer attention. While some guests enjoyed amenities like the pool and restaurant, others noted that the hotel is dated and in need of renovation. Overall, the positives center on breakfast and bed comfort, but service is a notable area for improvement.

Wonderful
Marty, Jun 2026
This is easily one of the best hotels in San Jose. It is a great value for the money. The staff is incredibly nice. The restaurant and bar food is excellent. And the breakfast is SUPERB. My family with young children has stayed at least a half-dozen times. Every time my kids say this is their favorite hotel ever. They especially enjoy the pool (with waterfalls!) and hot tub.
