Pool was a good size and clean. Room was very spacious and clean. All basics are covered. Parking was easy. Window coverings do not do a great job keeping parking lights out of the room at night. Walls and ceilings are thin and noise can be an issue. The people around you will have an influence on your sleep.

Pros (+) Takes dogs, lots of parking, refrigerator & microwave. overall fine for the price and was close to SLO, Pismo, Morro Bay, Ralphs, and Starbucks.
Cons (-) Could be cleaner, the sheets did not fit [as other reviewer stated], Wish front staff was friendlier, she did not seem happy we were there. Room facilities a bit old, bathroom door knob came off & the front desk offered to change our rooms right away, so that was nice. Would like a coffee maker instead of 'continental breakfast'.

Pros (+) This was the 3rd year in a row we stayed for the annual marathon. Deena let us check in early as the room was ready, and let us check out late when the marathon went longer then were expected. My wife really wanted to shower before we drove home. I'm truly grateful for the staff here as they are kind and understanding. It's an older hotel, but location and staff make up for that!

Cons (-) There was a mistake with our reservation and they were very unhelpful in trying to help. The person in front of us even had the same mistake with their reservation and they were unwilling to do anything to try to resolve the situation. Cons (-) The mattress in the room sagged in the middle, the wifi was very weak, and there were homeless people hanging out by the dumpsters.
