Great location by the beach.

Staff were slow at service.

The staff was excellent, food was good, I was given what I asked for which were closest rooms to pool area. The beach was outstanding, clear waters.

I had a problem at one of the stores, I bought a ceramic which was that bad quality that it broke up 10 minutes after bought at other store just by placing the bag on counter, I took it back to ask for a change I had a negative impression from Ingris. I discused it at lobby but I was clear, I had had a wonderfull time at hotel and great service for the money I felt I end up owing to the hotel and I would not make a problem out of it , I just wanted them to know.
