Holiday Inn Express Madrid-San Sebastian de los Reyes

Location is near the airport. Also not far to walk to restaurants and bars. Easy to get on to the main raod for travel the next day.

We were given rooms 129 and 132 on the corridor left of reception. These rooms were very noisy and ear plugs are provided in your room (not a good sign) We had people running and shouting in the corridor at 320am. I assume the higher floors are quieter. In addition the bar area is in the foyer and as the door is not closed and they have a tiled floor you her that noise will after midnight.

Good comfortable room, beds lovely and roomy. Stayed in Holiday Inn Express before, so knew what to expect. Have a kettle in room with tea and coffee. Good choice of pillows, breakfast was good with good selection of foods both sweet and savoury.

Was very surprised about the sound coming from the adjoining room. Did not have this in the UK one, it sounded like they were in our room you could hear every word.

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Went above and beyond normal expectations.

Room was a bit small and cleaning (vacuuming in particular) could have been more thorough.
