Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Cedar Point and the airport. The staff, particularly those managing breakfast, were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and memorable, making guests feel welcome. Breakfast was a highlight for many, with several positive mentions about its quality and the service provided. However, cleanliness issues, such as dirty floors, unpleasant odors, and occasional maintenance problems, were noted by some guests. Overall, the positive experiences with location, service, and breakfast outweighed the negatives for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
