Very nice, excellent beds, good breakfast
Only slight downside is location and when exiting the property you have to turn directly onto the A1M which could be difficult at busier times.

Made to feel very welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Very good breakfast,home-made marmalade was a treat. What a good idea to have a chiller in the room. The shortbread in the welcome pack was historic!! Lovely cotton sheets. Huge lounge available for guests to use.

There was nothing not to like. The staff, location, spacious room, perfectly placed bird feeding station that kept us entertained whilst we had breakfast.
