Pros (+) Eagle Inn is an attractive, clean, and well-maintained property, and is close to Santa Barbara's happening spots.
Cons (-) We were in room 102, right off the lobby, and adjacent to the breakfast room. At 7am every morning, there commenced from above and all sides such a clamor as to make sleeping past that hour impossible. Perhaps an upstairs room, away from the lobby would be better.
