Cons (-) I paid over 200.00 for one night in a room that had no air conditioning, the sink leaked, staff was not friendly, and there were no amenities whatsoever. Overall cleanliness was terrible,
Pros (+) Location is the only thing positive this place has going for themselves.they provide plenty towels. I wouldn't ever put this on my last resort list.
Cons (-) No AC Rude staff Never answered the phone so I had to walk to front desk every time to reach them. Drug addicts walking up to your room high as a kite talking jiberrish. It smelled horrible & was basically a trash dump with trash bags thrown around everywhere.
Cons (-) This was the worst experience we have ever had and we travel a lot. The lady was so rude she actually walked out to our car to make sure we weren't hiding kids or other people in it. When we told her we didn't appreciate the way she was talking to us she laughed and said get out then but good luck getting your money back. Cons (-) Water damage and black mold in room, abandoned mattresses in parking lot. Rude front desk help.
Pros (+) Literally nothing. At first it seemed like a cheap, nice place, but once we got here the $44 turned into $74 and we were not quite sure where the extra $30 was charged from, especially since they did not provide us with the "free wifi" password.
Cons (-) It took 10 minutes to decide this was the wrong place. On the outside it looked super SKETCHY. The STAFF live in the space behind the lobby so upon entering you can hear them CURSING and YELLING behind the wall. They are the RUDEST people I have ever met & the UNDENIABLE SMELL OF WEED is not very masked by the in-your-face incense & the actual rooms are not much better. The FREEZING, "nonsmoking" ...

Pros (+) Small room, but included 2 queen beds as we requested and was very clean and well-stocked. We were pleasantly surprised to find the small refrigerator and microwave. The shampoo and stuff wasn't anything special, but there were plenty of towels, water cups, and more. We found plenty of parking and electrical outlets and wi-fi internet. Cons (-) The refrigerator was so cold that our food froze, but I guess we should have checked that. I also was freezing all night since the covers on the beds aren't heavy, but didn't notice the thermostat was turned all the way down until the next morning. I guess they don't turn the heat on until a customer turns it on, which appeals to my environmentalist side!

Cons (-) Possibly the worst motel I have ever stayed at. No A/C, no screens on the windows,T.V. was broken, graffitti on the door, the room smelled. The whole place felt dilapidated. Neighbors flushed the toilet and burned me in the shower I will never stay there again
Pros (+) There was nothing good about this place besides it was sorta close to the boardwalk.
Cons (-) They had no air conditioning. The staff was rude. And the rooms looked so dirty. Showers were tiny. Guess you get what u pay for.
