The location and facilities were great, apart from the bed comfort.
Rock hard bed in the half moon suite, very uncomfortable got very little sleep, it needs a soft pad or changing out...
We stayed in #2, silver moon. The temporary loading/unloading parking was right by our door, it couldn’t have been easier. And the parking across the street was very convenient as well. The shared courtyard space is lovely.
The bed and the seating did not work well for my back, but that is pretty normal for me. The Direct TV did not have local stations.
The location was excellent! The manager was there in an instant when I phoned re: TV operation. It couldn't be fixed immediately but he showed me what I needed to do and all went smoothly through the week I was there. The bed was large and very comfortable with plentiful pillows. The bathroom was large with a huge wonderful shower. There was outside seating which was covered, with many other seating areas scattered in the courtyard. The privacy was nice there too.The entire apartment exuded SW/Santa Fe charm. Another nice benefit which I discovered when I booked a shuttle service to the Albuquerque airport was that they pick up/drop off in the parking lot at that location even though it is a small boutique lodging rather than a large hotel. Another nice bonus was finding coffee and some bottled water and snacks when I arrived. Long term parking was also a huge bonus.
A cloth or some type of covering for the closet would be nice; it is completely open. A slightly bigger table also. I finally found the toaster under the sink and the silverware in an above the sink cupboard. I sat it on top of something else just to have the pieces available. It's just a little too heavy to easily take down and put back up every time you need a utensil (as well as a little dangerous when knives and forks are stored above your head). A sharper knife or two would also be nice. And, the freezer in the tiny refrigerator badly needed defrosting. All my "wishes" were tiny though; I very much enjoyed my week there!
Short walk to the plaza area. Restaurants fairly close.
Fabulous location, clean, quaint (classical music playing upon arrival in the room), lovely courtyard, very well priced for it’s proximity to the town square. The innkeeper was kind, easy to contact and very accommodating.
