Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The pool was a highlight for many, described as beautiful and enjoyable, though some found it smaller than expected or lacking towels. Staff service received mixed feedback, with several guests finding the team friendly and helpful, while others experienced unresponsiveness or rudeness. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and neglected public areas, though some guests found their accommodations spotless. Bed comfort and room amenities were generally satisfactory, but a few guests wished for larger beds or better maintenance. Overall, the hotel’s prime location and pool stood out as key positives.
