Most of the time breakfast not hot food cold
Breakfast seemed to be fair enough. Lots of repetition though. Bethania, the room keeper always did a good job. I would recommend this hotel to a visitor.
Our check in was very efficient, and the attendant pre-filled most of the details that needed signing, which is a pleasant change from many of the other hotels we stay in Brazil where you can be standing there for more than half an hour while every hotel guest is forced to fill out their life details on individual forms. We found the check in process, and staff in general, to be very welcoming. We found the lifts to be efficient. The room we had (executive suite) was big enough for 2 parents, 2 children, and had a bath. We slept well. The main bed was comfortable. The bath / shower worked well. It is very close to the Famiglia Mancini restaurants where we had a birthday.
The sofa bed was sagging and wouldn't have supported an adult (but served OK for our little 3 year old). The attendant who setup the sofa bed told us it is due for replacement. The TV in our room had poor reception (fuzzy) and was on a swivel - that kept swivelling. The other room we had booked (for the grandparents) did not have that problem. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as the previous hotels we've stayed at during this same travel: it's a huge breakfast room with which it is hard to achieve the same cosiness as with more boutique hotels. I guess it does have to efficiently process hundreds and hundreds of guests. However we also had to chase around to get cutlery. There was a pair of men's underwear just under the bed, so the cleaning of that room can't have been too thorough.
The toilet was not clean , literally. They kindly changed me to another room but I could see dust everywhere
The location was excellent.
Found a used sock in the room between bed and curtains which means room had not been cleaned very carefully.
