C$ 448 Find cheap flights to Sao Paulo

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips

The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.

Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line

My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.

For bus boarding, group 1 should have been sent on a separate bus ahead of the general boarding. It would have been nice.

They offered food. The crew passed by again offering water. I enjoyed the two seating section. I think is very comfortable instead of the three seat way, unless you seat in the middle; which it's not bad, but I wouldn't prefer. All and all, I think the lay out of the seating rows are better than other airlines so far( I haven't tried many anyways). The lay out makes the getting in and out to use the restroom less uncomfortable and cramped. First time flying with Latam. I will fly with them again

Not very good, they nickel & dime you for better seats & pay extra for the checking in bag, bad service all the way around

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!

Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.

The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh

My connecting gate in .Chicago was across the aisle from my arriving gate. Otherwise I would not have made my connection. So that was very fortunate.

I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.

Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!

Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic

Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible

Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.

I paid over $200 for seat selection for these flights and I was still stuck on long international flights in seats that do not recline and do not have the head support cushion. At this point basically all airlines have those for all seats, and this really took me by surprise and made me not ever want to travel on Avianca. The Kayak agent who called me for the seat selection (Donovan) was courteous, but it seems the system for this doesn't work. I was offered seat selection, for the $200+, but without being able to see what I was selecting, with no guarantee where I'd be...and then I still ended up in terrible seats. On my way to, and especially after, a very intense business trip, the seat situation really soured my experience.

Be very careful of the initial low price because Avianca wil bill you for a carryon of $120 or a checked bag for $120. Also, be careful with connections because the customs entry process is slow and the connecting terminal is not close.

Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.

Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.

The fees for baggage were outrageous. $130 for carry on and $150 for check in for an international flight. The seats did not recline. We were not even offered water. Had we known all of this, we would not have booked Avianca at all.

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

GOL made the flight experience a true delight. Everything was smooth, from the check in process, to the disembarking moment.

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

Easy airport. Luggage was late coming in but was handled quickly by excellent and helpful folks at Lost Luggage who got my luggage to me by 7 am the next morning! Bravo!

The Q400 plane is getting old and very noisy. They should allow the quieter jets fly onto the island.

The flight attendant, Kearin, was delightful. He was funny, friendly, and helpful. The only problem with the flight was that a door from the above baggage compartment fell off during boarding which slightly delayed takeoff.

I booked through Kayak but was charged in US dollars. Kayak should ensure that its site clearly indicates the currency. I missed the tiny US icon in the top right corner and paid another $60 for the return flight from Vancouver to Kelowna.

Arrived at our connection to find out all 4 of our seats were moved in different parts of the aircraft. Traveling with two small children, this was not going to work. We spoke with the gate attendant and she was not helpful and downright rude. They could only “accommodate” having 2 seats together and this was an international flight. We will not be traveling with air Canada again unless there are absolutely no other options.

Everything but the actual plan was good. I would expect a 5hr flight would have at least chargers for mobile devices. Especially considering since the airplane had no screens for entertainment either. Seats were tighter than usual too.

Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .

Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.

The flight went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the pilot flew the plane really, really well. Take off, landing were great and a smooth flight in between!

We waited in an overcrowded bus for over a half hour. It was uncomfortable. It would have been better to have waited in the terminal in a line

The food for sale on board has opportunity for improvement.

I paid extra for a comfortable seat in the second flight, but the plane didn't have those seats, the first one did

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.

My seat was broken and the crew had to find me somewhere else to sit. The crew was extremely courteous about this
