It is quite place, with nice breakfast area in the garden, cooperative and friendly staff.
Very friendly staff. Great location.
The room's door is a hassle.
The Staff was not profisional to Handel hotel guests
Cheating me with type of room I booked they gave me lower class where I booked supreme room
Cold water, toilet. Smell bad first day like medicine or something.
To start off, our (first) room was NOT what we reserved and PAID for - no balcony OR mountain view.. And when asked about it, staff said all rooms were booked even though the place looked dead and several unoccupied rooms had their doors kept open, indicating availability. The entire feel of the room was just not comfortable (not to mention faced the entrance and was right next to the general outdoor seating area). The bathroom soap dispenser was empty, towels didn’t seem washed, the chair in the bedroom was broken, etc. So we tried to talk to the staff again about switching rooms, but they insisted nothing was available and if we cancelled our reservation, we’d get no refund. We sent Booking a message through the App in hopes of figuring something out, and were so glad we did. They contacted the hotel themselves and then called us to let us know they fixed the problem and we’d have a new room that same night! “Thumps up to Booking”. The second room was better as far as comfort and privacy (and had a balcony), but some of the linens still looked unclean and we even found hair left in the shower from previous guests. About the hotel: You pull up to a dead end street (with train tracks) and the place looks completely deserted. No one is there welcoming you upon arrival or to help with luggage while it’s raining. There is no parking for the hotel so you will have to park outside beside the road! No security! The entrance ramp (for strollers, luggage, wheelchairs) is a hazard with no rail, and can easily cause a fall. The reception area lights were either super dim or out most, if not the entire time, as if the hotel was closed. Also, management should consider placing air fresheners around, at least in the lobby. Anytime you use the bathroom (to wash your hands, shower, toilet) the pipes/ drains smell. Save your money and eat breakfast elsewhere. There are tons of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from.
