Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and city access. Many reviewers also appreciate the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting unhygienic conditions and maintenance problems in both rooms and bathrooms. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and efficient, while others note areas needing improvement. Breakfast and other amenities are generally considered average, not meeting 5-star expectations. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and room size, but falls short in cleanliness and some service aspects.
