Staff was kind and friendly. The artistic touches and live music were lovely. Rooftop bar had a nice atmosphere. You can't beat the location, it's in walking distance to everything
Very nice staff. Loved the artistic touches in the rooms, lobby, and restaurant. The location was great! The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and we were served drinks in dirty glasses twice then the glasses in our room were dirty. Staff was gracious about fixing that. The hallway had distinctly foul odor but room smelled good. Overall, a nice place but we will probably look to stay somewhere else next visit.

Obvious cut backs since last stay ... now charge $25 for valet was included in resort fee previously Chocolate was placed on pillow previously on turn down service ... no longer included

Comfortable, design lead hotel with good facilities. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean with lots of space for crib.
The breakfast offer was poor and the staff at breakfast pretty useless. We didn’t feel welcomed with our 14month son and struggled to find something for him to eat.
