Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. However, many reviews express serious concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Service is frequently described as unhelpful or rude, with delays in check-in, poor response to problems, and inconsistent staff behavior. Several guests mention problems with amenities such as broken appliances, lack of kitchenware, and non-functional gym equipment. Room size and comfort are occasionally noted as below expectations. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
