Cons (-) I had the misfortune to be hospitalized at the time of our check-in. I phoned the hotel and told them my wife, who has a different surname, would be checking in for both of us a little late. They said it would be no problem. Yet when my wife arrived, they told her they had no room available despite our confirmation number. Cons (-) AC worked but only high and the coldest setting. Really was too cold to leave on and got too hot to leave off. Unit didn't even have the protective cover on it, just exposed heating and cooling coils.
