Pros (+) The rooms are very clean and modern boutique. Beds are comfortable. We stayed in September so it was relatively quiet. I'd definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) Parking was good. Price was decent for the summer. Staff was very friendly. Rooms/neighbors were not too loud.
Cons (-) Bed was so uncomfortable! Our room had no windows, only a sliding door. Floors creaked. Half of the bed was sloped down and made lots of noise with every turn. Room 17 was labeled "river view" which was blocked by a road and lots of shubbery.

Pros (+) The outside is pleasantly decorated and fun. Also, they give you free coffee in your room, although the pot is pretty small. The bathroom area is nicely updated and the shower has great water pressure. Was a short walk to the shops and food areas.
Cons (-) The bedroom area could use a little modernization. The furniture appeared to be somewhat antiquated. Also, the room wasn't ready until after 4pm. Also, the location is alright if you don't care about having a nice view.

Pros (+) The kitchenette amenity nice pillows. Nice staff
Cons (-) Only one burner worked in the stove and it was evident it was either intended that way or had been that way for a very long time. The beds were the worst I've ever experienced at any hotel. Recent remodel seemed more focused on cosmetics and skipped functionality.

Pros (+) This hotel is fantastic for the price. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are decent sized and mine had a great view of the river. Spend the extra 5 dollars for the view.
Cons (-) The bed was really lumpy and soft.
