Pros (+) Had a heated debate with manager over proper customer service and finally won and was finally apologized
Cons (-) Place was filthy manager says housekeeping is not included even if it's a 3-day stay and because it does not say housekeeping included on booking.com they do not have to provide it Filthy carpet both our mattresses were covered in blood stains filth covered the entire air conditioning system

Pros (+) Convenient location, friendly enough staff. Cheap rates.
Cons (-) Sheets had stains, towels had stains, wash rags had stains. Comforter on bed literally held together by duct tape. Dingy furniture, floor looked disgusting. Great place if you're looking for something cheap but definitely lacking in upkeep. Seemed like a sketchy area but didn't have any trouble other than noisy tenants in the room above.
