8.5 Very good
Pros:Staff was very friendly and room was very comfortable. Keep in mind it's a historical building therefore it is old building. There are 3 floors and no elavator but this only adds to it's charm. Perfect location to walk to Seattle Center and Rapid Transit steps away.
Cons:We didn't know ahead of time until reading reviews about them offering continental breakfast. It is fruit and pastries only with limited seating in a lounge atmosphere (sofas and chairs). Muffins, croissants, cut melons, whole apples and bagels with cream cheese or jam (no toaster available though). There is a menu to order more but it's hard to eat a regualr breakfast sitting on a sofa. There is also no view if your room at the back of hotel unless you like a painted wall.

9.1 Wonderful
Pros:Free wi-fi and mostly good service. One or two less friendly but mostly terrific. Hotel-only access to the neighboring boutique coffee joint also a plus for us. Continental breakfast average as to food but exceptional as to its layout and location
Cons:At least one valet/bell guy and one desk clerk were odd/not friendly but the other four folks we encountered over our 4 day stay were delightful! Also no premium TV

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Location to Seattle attractions was ideal. Hotel was gorgeous, room had a lot of character and was spacious with kitchen. Very clean. If you like hotels with older character this is it. Breakfast was a predefined meal instead of the carb filled buffet you usually get, but really yummy, my favorite (sorry texas state shaped cand still free. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Helpful when i forgot something in my room and they've fedexed it back to me. We'll be going back, apparently there is a piano bar at the side of the building that is amazing. I suggest a first floor room, the high ceilings were amazing!
Cons:Parking was a challenge but the lot around the block had an early bird option for the day we were able to take use. All of Seattle was like this however. Door staff helpful with suggestions around parking. The bathroom fixtures were functional, the bath tub wasn't ideal, but, I think it was actually original! If you like antique you'll forgive it's appearance. It was an interesting bathroom.

8.0 Very good
Pros:The staff is great. You can really tell no one hates their job and that made them very helpful. It is a old. Building so some things are dated but that's ok. The rooms are apartments more than hotel rooms!! Huge, with a great little kitchen is full size fridg.
Cons:The tub water never really turned off and the toilet could use some new workings so it doesn't run. But again it's an old building and that's part of the charm.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Our room had a small but fully equipped kitchen. Also very quiet and comfortable and robes which always make me feel fancy
Cons:Rooms have old school charm that can be a little worn looking and Continental breakfast is small, but this is what a Continental breakfast is...and many places don't even serve one now
A
9.1 Wonderful
Pros:I really loved this hotel. I really enjoyed the 1920s feel throughout the hotel and the rooms. The kitchenette was a nice addition. We never ended up using the table for much beyond an extra place to set things and charge electronics, but having plates and utensils ready to use was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Continental breakfast was light and delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions.
Cons:We were a bit disappointed that the windows didn't open. Having to run the air conditioning all the time made the air very dry. We also struggled a bit with the wi-fi. The signal was not particularly strong, which was frustrating, but not the end of the world.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Nestled between Toulouse Petite and Cafe Ladro - how can you beat that?!??
