9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place, maybe one of the best hostels in Europe I've ever been in. I was feeling very welcomed from the moment I stepped in the hostel. They offered me a welcome drink token to get a drink from the bar which was nice. On the roof they have a kitchen, "living room" with TV and an outdoor area with hammocks and stuff. They have some free pasta and vegetables on the top floor. They serve free dinner each night from 19-21,which is pretty basic, lots of carbs but still gets you through the day and is a nice plus. Breakfast is served in downstairs as well, it's very basic, consisting of white bread, spreads, fruits and scrambled eggs. Great atmosphere in downstairs, where the hostel bar is open 24/7. Met some really nice people there and also Italians go there to hang out and have fun. There is karaoke each night from 21-22:30 (ish). Rooms are quite basic, well designed tho. Metal bed frames, double covers for the mattress and pillow (so no bugs can take over the room). Sound proofing ain't the best so bring your earplugs. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had so far in Europe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff - from the first to last minute of the stay. I visited during a cycling tour and was there quite early before checking time. So they gave me a towel and let me shower. Nothing seemed to be an issue and lots of unexpected free stuff (dinner!). Great common spaces and comfortable room/bed.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Elegant property. Beautiful room and restaurant
Cons: Last night in restaurant. Menu advertised Blanton bourbon (quality and expensive), for its 25 euro manhattan. Turned out they used Makers Mark, good bourbon but one that would be 1/3 price of Blanton’s. Still charged full price and was very weak drink. I asked for an additional shot to improve the drink. I got “attitude” from the lady server, who brought me a pathetic additional amount ( about 1/2 a shot) and proceeded to charge me 20 euros for the additional shot. Pitiful and unbecoming of such a great establishment! The head waiter did remove the extra charge when I complained, so I give credit for that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were nice and polite Spotless rooms - cleaned x2/day Attention to detail Top quality food Loved the chauffeur service to the town centre (free service x3/hr!) Will definitely stay there again
Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room, clean and luxurious premises, friendly staff
Cons: Bathroom- what’s going on with the short shower cord? Too difficult to use.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!
Cons: My only minor tif was pool was closed for renos. Minor and everything was to our or beyond our expectations.

Cons: Pricey
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel and the stay.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: Room decor
Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.
Cons: High valet prices.

Pros: Very clean, great service. Every detail was attended to. Location was close to , a central metro station.
Cons: A bit far from the city center. But close to public transport

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceedingly beautiful with an old-world feel. Tall ceilings, sumptuously decorated in period style. The breakfast wasn't particularly 5-start, but I don't eat that much, so I'm not the best judge.
Cons: A relatively quiet location in Milan. Not the best choice if you want to be in the middle of all the action. Very good choice for honeymooners, couples, and maybe small families.

Pros: Beautiful, clean rooms and new bath, with comfortable bed and fine sheets. The decor is a nice balance of traditional and contemporary. I would stay there again.
Cons: Hotel staff were friendly but did not meet the Relais & Chateaux standard. There is need of much more training. The restaurant is good with friendly staff, by not exceptional. Perhaps with time.

Cons: Expensive
9.6 Excellent
Pros: staff, facilities, ambiance of the hotel and breakfast. Perfect Hotel.
Cons: Nothing at all, everything was perfect.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself is really nice and the staff of the hotel made it even nicer. From check in to check out you are valued as an important guest. They went the extra mile surprising us with a bottle of champagne. Wife is happy then I am happy.
Cons: They called a taxi for us to be dropped off at Garibaldi train station. The taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong train station which is the Milan Centralle station. By the time we realized that we’re on the wrong meeting point the tour left us. We had called and nothing they can do. It is non refundable which ruined our vacation. FYI: Get Your Guide tour to Lugano and Lake Coumo. We came back so tired and exhausted running around the wrong meeting point. The front desk Christina made a call for us to see if we can get a refund. The answer is a big NO. We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and that was my gift to my wife which was ruined. At this point I am still so upset because I planned everything over 4 months in advanced.

7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast very nice- Hotel Location excellent- Room modern and very good
Cons: Bar prices , Food menu, Rude disinterested staff, Lack of atmosphere I sent my wife and daughter over for a shopping trip. They wanted to stay in the Hotel for food and drink First night they visited the bar and quite frankly were totally underwhelmend. Bar itself was very nice and modern but there was no atmosphere whatsover- the staff disinterested and rude- the drinks were overpriced- 25 euro for a tiny glass of wine - 110 for the cheapest bottle and 14 euro for a bottle of beer. No wonder the bar was empty. A group of 8 young people walked in- saw the price menu and complained and just walked out. My wife and daughter just went to bed and had room service. Next night they just went out locally and stayed well away from hotel services - which was not the plan. We stay in Mandarin Oriental in London, Ritz Carlton in NY, Kempinski in Spain and the Armani does not live up to expectations.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location. I liked the fecir.
Cons: Staff is very young and some are inexperienced. The night before leaving we asked for help with our luggage and we were told to just call in the morning. I called and was told they didn't provide that service. Someone did come with a trolley so they do! The front desk clerk did not know how to put the bill on two different credit cards. The hotel has an interesting vibe and most of staff and guests were millenials. It has interesting art installations and his music.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, helpful staff , comfy beds and great shower. As we were traveling by train next morning the location was perfect for us.
Cons: The restaurant food for dinner was a bit pricey for what it was . The food was too salty and we complain but nothing was done about it . I would suggest to dine out and not at the hotel .
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is clean, and staff friendly. Room is not huge, but fine. Beds were really good.
Cons: It’s located above the train station. Unfortunately, you can hear that all the time. Also in night. It’s a very loud noise — which is quite annoying!! Remember this if you want a good night sleep.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The booking process was very smooth, check-in/out experience was great. The staff was super friendly and I had absolutely no problem with the stay. Breakfast was great and the rooms very clean. I would recommend this hotel anytime.
Cons: The only thing I did not understand was the payment process. After blocking the entire amount of money for the stay, at check-out I assume that the blocked amount will be transformed into a payment when the transaction is completed. But it is not like that. The entire amount is still blocked 6 days after the trip and the hotel withdrew the amount again, after these 6 days, causing me to lose money due to another exchange. This means that until the initial sum is released, a double amount of the money I was supposed to pay for my stay is blocked from my account… I guess these are strange hotel policies (in general) that think we have hundreds of euros just lying around waiting to be blocked. I'll see how this turns out when the initial amount is released... Another downside that I can think of had nothing to do with the hotel, but with the location. Although geographically it is great, the trains passing by are causing earthquake-like vibrations very often. Again, this is NOT about the hotel, this is about the location.

Pros: This hotel was clean, modern, and located in the perfect spot on the canal in the coolest part of Milan with convenient parking and a mini supermarket across the way. It was a great place to walk around and convenient to the metro to get anywhere else we wanted to go. Breakfast was great too.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very very nice location, if you plan to walk around the city. It's only 20 min walk to Duomo. In the weekend evenings it's the most busy place: lots of restaurants, people, small shops/antique counters... though in the hotel is very quiet!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice and good service Clean hotel Hight quality stay better than other 4 star hotels I reccoment it for other for sure
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice enough. Very expensive. Good quality breakfast.
Cons: Absolute chaos in the breakfast room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is great. We chose it because it was near of a place we were going to see a concert in, but the location is perfect. You can either have a nice 30 min walk until Duomo (city center) or take the underground line M3 (which has a stop 2 mins away from the hotel) and in 10 minutes you are there too. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. Everything was very clean and the bed was really confortable (pillows included! Which doesn't happen very often in hotels). We had the breakfast included and it was really nice (buffet), with coffee you could order on the spot insted of having it from the selection machines. When we were there they had to change the location for it because there was a conference in the hotel, but they put it in an all glass room which was beautiful and added an extra thing to the moment. The swimming pool and spa area was quite nice. Everything is inside so no problems with the weather. On the pool cealing they had an assortment of lights simulating stars, so we could only imagine the atmosphere that you could get near the evening/night, because we went in the afternoon. Overall great experience!
Cons: Main throwback, that I would like to point out for people to know and be prepared is that to being able to swim in the pool, you need swimming hats, which I haven't seen indicated anywhere on their website or simply anywhwre in advance. The trick is, they sell them in place and they cost 2€ each. It's not the end of the world, but didn't seem fair to not warn anyone and then you get there and you need to pay for it in order to swim.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, great location and facilities. We went to Milan for my friends 50th birthday, we came back the first evening to a delicious chocolate cake! Staff were all very helpful and friendly
Cons: Room was smaller than expected for 4 adults but we weren’t in there much so didn’t spoil for us
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great food, the restaurant is absolutely amazing. Was walking everywhere I need to go so it was also within 20-30 min walk from a lot of things which is absolutely acceptable.
Cons: Everything was good. Maybe a bit slow in the morning breakfast. You sort of need to chase the waiters to ask for a coffee and also no one sitting you down creates some confusion including having to sit with someone you don’t know.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant and helpful staff. I liked the idea of having on their name tags things they like doing.
Cons: Spa could be improved. Add such things like flavoured water (with cucumber etc) at the spa entrance. Perhaps adding to sauna some pleasant scent like eucalyptus could make it even better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is great for enjoying the city of Milan. Not only is the hotel clean and beautifully decorated but the staff and the location are an extra plus. There is no way to get lost in the city of Milan with the help of the concierge and the metro station which is right next to the hotel. I enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub which added to the comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Since there aren't a lot of things to do to Milan one euro from the hotel will allow you to see the whole city. THIS PLACE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Spend your vacation in luxury.
Cons: I loved everything .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: A little out of town but the Metro is right there to get you anywhere.
Cons: The pool is only open from 3pm to 9pm daily which did not suit us.
