The location is great, the hotel facilities are very good and the breakfast is also very good. HOWEVER the staff is where the Hotel shines! We had such a great experience!! All the people were always ready to help, clarify our doubts, help us with tips from the surroundings. At the breakfast Mr Oliveira was the icing on the cake! Many many thanks to the staff that made our experience even better.
The only "down" was the water pressure on the shower. I really enjoy good pressure and at our room it was weak. I did not talked to the hotel to solve it, thou. I am quite sure they would had it fixed.

The room was big and clean. Huge bed with comfortable mattress. Complimentary water. Great shower. Staff at reception very polite and helpful. We were able to get an early check in, as we requested, which we really appreciated.
Some of the staff at reception seem to struggle a bit to speak English, but they were all very polite and managed to help us in the end (with the help of some Spanish). We had a very bad experience at the restaurant, both in terms of service and in terms of food (which was average to be generous), so I would definitely not recommend to eat there.
