The view. Was incredible
The restaurant the food was good but the portions for the price was so little and the wine In another restaurants considered that is Spain the portions are amazing.

Bathroom floors are incredibly dangerous and there is no warning sign. We spent 3 hours at the Emergency Room after my partner slipped. On checkout the next day, we were told it could take 1-2 hours to get a wheelchair. They offered to transport my partner on a luggage trolley instead!!!! According to the website (in Portuguese) both parking and wifi are free. On arrival we were told this was not the case and we would have to pay €20 for parking. After some discussion, the manager reluctantly agreed to waive the parking fee, but it was subsequently charged to my credit card. They did refund the sum after I sent an email, but this left a nasty taste, especially after the terrible time we had had. In general, staff could use a few lessons in better customer care. We won't be returning.
