10.0 Excellent
Pros: Favorite hotel in Sidney! Always a pleasure to stay there.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Just had coffee and a muffin in Georgia Café, it was great. Service was really good. Liked the activity in the lobby areas with locals and residents (and their dogs) mingling. Added some fun to the place. Nice to have the computer in the lobby. We printed our boarding passes.
Cons: The plug in locations for electronics are very awkward. Had to "hang" my phone and IPad off the wall to charge. Did not like that the toilet did not have a lid, gross!. Was annoyed with the extra charge put onto my credit card for "damage deposit" I called about it after I got home and was told it is on the registration form I signed at check in. This is something that should be brought to a guests attention at time of signing. Do you really expect people read all of this at check in? First time I have ever seen this at a Hotel and I am a very frequent traveller. I like that you are trying to recycle but the trash basket with the divider is rather odd. All of the contents of each section just kind of fall together in the plastic bag so don't see the point.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location. First time in Sindney and love this little town. This hotel is in the best spot. Right in the middle of all the action and beautiful nature. Love the coffee shop and restaurant being conveniently located right downstairs.
Cons: We enjoyed our stay. Have nothing bad to say. If I could change one thing it would be the matress. (Little too soft)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Coffee shop downstairs was amazing and service.
Cons: Gym was left a bit to be desired.

Pros: Location and friendly knowledgeable staff.
Cons: Noisy HVAC

Wonderful host who gave us excellent recommendations on where to beach walk and hike, and where to eat. Also excellent breakfast, absolutely fantastic, and a lovely comfortable spot. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Set half way up on the forested hill overlooking Brentwood Bay in central Saanich peninsula, this B&B is a gem. The house sits in the middle of a 10-acre wooded property, isolated but very easy to reach by car. Very quiet and serene atmosphere. The scenery from the bedrooms and living space is expansive and stunning. You could spend hours sitting in the patio in front of the bedroom French doors contemplating the changing light over the bay and hills, and playing with Maya and Luna, two very friendly and feisty Border Collies. The owners, David and Jill are charming, entertaining and very helpful. Outstanding hosts. Breakfast is abundant and high quality. We also appreciated the wine bottle (!), the outside swimming pool, and David’s willingness to prepare breakfast half an hour earlier to accommodate our travel needs. We had a wonderful two-day retreat.
Cons: The only very minor drawback was a couple of somewhat noisy neighbors, when sitting outside. However, the rooms are very well sound proofed and after all... this is a B&B and the communal environment is a plus.
