Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Shrewsbury, and highlighted the friendly and helpful staff as a standout feature. Many appreciated the character and cleanliness of the building, as well as the comfortable beds and overall atmosphere. However, several reviews noted significant noise from the busy street, especially in front-facing rooms, and some found the breakfast and room sizes underwhelming. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service were frequently mentioned as reasons to recommend or revisit the hotel.
