Wonderful, warm and welcoming staff. The yoga classes were delightful and welcomed all levels. It was nice to experience different teachers. They charge $9 per class. One class was not full 75 minutes but when told the staff they offered 15 min foot massage in return. The food was clean and healthy although I would have liked a little more flavor and spice but likely keeping clean for people that are on detox for retreat is better. Free tea leaves offered to make tea whenever you wish. The grounds were well keep. Unfortunately it rained a bit during stay and bugs/ants near pool during rainy season so didn't use pool much except for quick sit. I took advantage of spa services as it was raining all day on arrival. They offered discount but compared to other boutique hotel/resort it seemed a little more expensive. Overall the massage, facial and body wrap was very nice but ended up around $70. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. They even give you handmade scarf as souvenir. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and again wonderful staff. Ask for Ken (tuk tuk) driver. He is the best, always smiling and will keep you safe.
A bit farther from activities (pub street, Angkor wat, restaurants) but had awesome tuk tuk driver that you can rent for the day for around $20. Approx $3-5 per trip but if you just rent for whole day they will take you most anywhere you want to go until 10pm. We loved our driver! I rented king room for 1 person but really I should not have changed from 2 to 1 person when reserved on booking.com because it was same price. My cousin flew in from Thailand and they charged $10 for her to stay one night. I wanted to take advantage of acupuncture or reiki session but was difficult to book with a available practitioner. Also since I did not purchase the yoga package the separate cost was $70 which is similar to US price.
Each room is like a small single family home with very nice landscape. It’s way better than as typical hotel with many on the same floor.
Electrical plugs are little bit dated
The pool is really nice on a sunny day.
I consider they are quite stingy for a wellness retreat. A tray full of carbs for breakfast is not my idea of wellness. I expected a wider range of fruits for breakfast. Benedict eggs require bacon or samon so I don’t understand why the waiter was pissed of with me asking for bacon and salad with my eggs. The salad is literally formed from 2 leaves
Lovely relaxing atmosphere and well equipped hotel. Their tuk-tuk drivers were excellent and the hotel would happily organise activities for you. The spa treatments were superb and the breakfast was excellent.
Restuarant in the hotel was overpriced and not reflective of the prices in the area (even more expensive than the best restuarants in Siem Reap) it would be better to eat out.
The overall setting of the resort is nicely crafted to suit a wellness style with 3 pools!
The access to this resort should be better, I wish the road can be better but it is not the fault of this hotel. Since it is a bit secluded, the tuk tuk driver had a difficulty locating the resort at first
