Amazing place!!! We had so much fun there. The staff is amazing, so helpful. The room was great, very comfortable bed. Good internet. The pool was very nice. We will definitely come back!!!
Great property friendly happy staff great breakfast room always cleaned whilst we were at breakfast highly recommend
Thoroughly recommend this hotel if staying in Siem Reap. We stayed for 3 nights and our main host was Kanika. She went out of her way to assist us at any time. She even helped us out when our pre-booked tour went completely wrong (which was nothing to do with hotel). She goes out of her way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Also Jackie and Chiva and the doormen were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing - catered for all tastes. For $2 A tukruk could be organised and take you on the 5 minute drive to markets, restaurants and the pub street. Bed was comfy. Pool was nice. Hotel grounds are beautiful. You will feel like royalty staying here.
Nothing - it was amazing :)
Excellent staff, courteous and helpful. Actually most Cambodians seem to be nice, (except the lazy, grumpy and rude officers in Immigration counters!). Breakfast was a good spread. Clean, good hotel.
We were told AFTER check in that the TVs in rooms will not work because of some cabling issues! Not cool. Keeping only two small bottles of water for two people ,in the room. The meal options can be a bit more international. The lady was so fussy to extend our check out by ONE HOUR! She even said it will cost $30, but can be waived if we wrote a review on Trip Advisor then and there!! This was ridiculous and highly unprofessional.
Good service, spa, complementary pickup and drop to the airport, staff arranged our Angkor wat and pub street visit, took care of tiny details. Overall a 5 star experience at a pocket friendly price.
Food menu could have a little more options.
