4.0 Okay
Cons: No service at all. Worst 4 seasons experience we've ever had
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms, super comfy beds, extraordinary staff, and delicious food in Coin & Candor. Four Seasons West Lake Village was excellent in every way!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff members were very friendly and seemed happy with their job, from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Even the restaurant (Coin and Candor) staff referred to us by name after only mentioning it once. It seemed like there were some vacancies at the hotel so we received a free upgrade to a room with a nicer view. That was very pleasant. The surrounding neighborhood is very clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay with Four Seasons and hope it won’t be our last.
Cons: We almost ran out of toilet paper. I looked around the room for a backup roll but could not find one. On one evening we received a bothersome knock at 9:00pm by a housekeeper wanting to provide “turn down” service. We were ALREADY turned in. That’s a little late to be attempting that service. We took a stroll around the activity lawn, waterfall area and noted at least two different locations that were littered with dirty dishes and glassware that looked like they had been left there several days earlier.
7.0 Good
Cons: self parking could have been closer
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Beautiful grounds. Good food
Cons: Bathroom was a bit dark and there was no good mirror to apply makeup
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in this hotel just for one night during my road trip in California I felt in love with the place We were so sad that we didn't stay longer The restoration is great
Cons: nothing, even the prices are more than fare
10.0 Excellent
Pros: People that work here vernfriendly
Cons: Very petty but vanilla creamer would be excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can’t say enough good things! Amazing in absolutely every way
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Practically everything! Perfect location, incredibly good service, fabulous view, wonderful pool and hot tub area. It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far.
Cons: The food was ok but not nearly as good as everything else about the hotel. That was surprising and a little disappointing but the overall expert was so excellent that we can overlook the so so food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was absolutely beautiful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed was incredibly comfortable and Wi-fi top notch.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We were shocked at how unaccomodating the management was. Simple requests to use a table at the pool or to have a cake were refused. We were simply told no. Far, far below the Four Seasons standard - and very much over priced. More than $2,000 for one night. Stay away!!! SAD!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love everything about this property, I love the style and it’s in a beautiful location.
Cons: N/a
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Staff is sometimes less than accommodating. We had reservations for brunch. But they were not going to allow a checkout one hour later. But Laurie in reservations was amazing. We love this place. We have come every year for over 10 years but.......
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fireplace and tub
Cons: No bidet with heated toilet seat (got spoiled in Japan) and not as near to shopping as I had hoped. Prefer walking distance to shopping.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the dinner at Bogies. Great food. We liked the bath. Super spacious and clean, but the power button for the jets did not work. The bed was great, very comfortable. The layout of the room was interesting and excellent compared to other rooms we've been in. We had a great fireplace. Clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Cons: The scrambled eggs for breakfast were terrible. My husband ate them acknowledging they terrible. I could not eat them. Also my husband was confused by AC, because it wouldn't turn on. When he called the front desk, it did turn on. So we don't know why that was.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, convenient (attended a wedding there), very nice room
Cons: Price per night/ stayed 1 night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: So pretty. Very comfortable.
Cons: 6 Dollar bottles of water for a 300 dollar room. Come on.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Well, okay. Very far from the room.
Cons: ELEVATOR
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, I will be back.
Cons: The bathroom door doesn't lock and there is no place to hang towels to dry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole det up is like you are in an Italian village. Different buildings with beautiful gardens. I was on the first floor and my room had a big patio. Inside the room was spacious and had a fire place. The bathroom was big and beautiful as well. I really loved this place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds.
Cons: Disappointed that they would not extend beyond 11:00 AM departure time (we spent less than 12 hours at this hotel during our one night stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, it should include the weekends as well. The resort on the weekend is very busy with Parties so it was noise. The first floor rooms by the entrance can be very noise on the weekends. But we had a 2nd floor room the first 5 days and that was wonderful. Loved the resort.
Cons: The beds are not comfortable. Hard and a little bit lumpy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds were amazing. Good restaurants, great food.
Cons: My only complaint, and it unfortunately is a major one; the bed was HORRIBLE. you can tell it was an older mattress, but yet oddly... was very stiff. Both my wife (pregnant) and I must have woken up 40 times to change positions it was so uncomfortable.

Pros: Customer service was excellent.. place was great..
Cons: Loved this place!! 10 all the way across!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quality of service - entire staff was friendly and eager to help.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at Staybridge this location for over 20yrs. We are comfortable there for a few reasons. It's location to our family, my husband is a very early riser, he can leave the room and not bother me making coffee, watching t.v. We have had our children and now grandchildren come for lunch and swimming. We like the apartment size refrigerator to keep cold drinks, snack and can choose to cook as opposed to order in or leave, esp after our long drive. I am so far very happy with new rules implemented. Zero tolerance for parties, disruptive guests. We did have kids skateboarding on the sidewalk outside the room, security did their best to stop it but, if not in the vicinity, skateboards faster than feet. I do wish that as advertised to pick our room, the king is not available at this property and the "queen" is Not a true queen bed, a bit small for 2 people and somewhat uncomfortable. We have passed on staying here and chosen a hotel in walking distance instead because of the small bed issue. Some days after a long drive or day at little league you want the best comfortable sleep you are promised in the selling points. Continental breakfast is better than most but, would like better quality of bacon when it is the option, it's way too thin, you can see through the slices. They did have sausage this last time, much better option.
Cons: It is advertised a king bed and says you can choose your bed size on the webpage, it is Not an option at this property, the bed is supposed to be a queen, it is not, I have measured it. The lighting really is inferior don't try to read or maybe read for long, applying make-up, difficult. Would like a few more channels offered on the cable/satellite. The sectionals, if not the same from the first time we stayed they sure are feeling like it, the one in the room we had this trip and previous 2, sank badly, very uncomfortable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was nice. Good size. But I did not ask for handicap accessible. Had no counter space in bathroom.
Cons: I could hear the train. People were very loud. Could hear them talking and walking up and down the stairs. No conditioner in shower. TV did not have a guide option. Could not see all channels guide. It also had a runny/leaky toilet all night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff very accommodating. Service animal treated very kindly.
Cons: The breakfast was a little below par in light of past stays. Decaf was cold; oatmeal was very watery
7.0 Good
Cons: Breakfast was a complete let down. The door to my didn't even shut properly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked having a suite that accommodates a handicap room with a regular bedroom we could be close. Nice breakfast too.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and friendliness of staff.
Cons: The room did not have drapes on the windows so there was no privy. It was a very uncomfortable feeling.
5.0 Okay
Pros: WiFi I was told guest could use just not fast nor reliable. Continued interruptions with site contentions made us wait entirely too long for loading any sort of information. We ended up using our own personal data hot spot connections
Cons: Be aware of the advertised descriptions for those amenities being advertised by the facility as very accurate. Poor experience for your guests means a poor rating for your site and the properties being given to guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pool facility. The friendly staff
Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, comfortable, and feels like home.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cleaning service was provided .
Cons: No window. All the windows were permanently closed lack of fresh air and had to open door for fresh air.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool area. Quite. Close to freeway.
Cons: No complementary breakfast :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, quite, the pool facilities were very nice
Cons: No
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Impeccably clean lounge, eating area and outdoor seating in the pool area. Really exceeded my expectations, especially for the price we paid! The room was also impeccably clean, even the tub , which can sometimes be neglected! ( And I am an extremely picky person when it comes to meeting my expectations for cleanliness !)The trees/ shrubs surrounding the pool/ outdoor seating was so relaxing, we could’ve lounged there all day! Really superb experience. Loved the breakfast setup; it wasn’t your typical setup; instead you pick from the Starbucks cafe menu that they give you when you check in. The oatmeal was surprisingly five star; who knew oatmeal could be five star? The rooms were almost sold out, only four left when we booked; and we were booked on the first floor. I was so worried about housekeeping noise and noise from being near a high traffic area.. There was none to speak of! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in the area again. THIS IS A FIVE STAR HOTEL.
Cons: NOTHING to speak of!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly accommodating staff Location near to family living locally Nice pool to swim in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfort. Quiet. Location good.
Cons: I called to check out but front desk staff told me that I had to come down to desk to check out :( I would've preferred automated or just a call to check out as opposed to waiting in line at desk.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I appreciated the clean and maintained amenities - hot tub was the perfect temperature, gym was small but kept, etc.
Cons: They need to update their business center and make sure all computers are connected to the main printer. Very inconvenient having to print sensitive work materials using the front desk printer and monitor the employees use.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful outside as well as inside. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The bathroom shower kept shifting to hotter water than I selected. They needed to change the faucet.

I was with my son looking at colleges in CA - Your company is deplorable and you suck!
Cons: Everything

6.3 Good
Pros: The room setup. Breakfast room was good. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner was quite. The building away from freeway.
Cons: When I arrived at about 10:30pm. No one at the counter to greet me. I stood for a while. I thought it was closed. Then the clerk came out. Sullen. No greeting. Ask for I'd. Had a problem finding my reservations. Made me uncomfortable as if something was wrong. .he was the rudest greeter I have ever come across. Hands me key. I was appalled I dont care if it was nite or day shift.it should always be a welcomed feeling. Hospitality with a smile should be first. The bathroom should have a handrail to get in the tub.. and it had old soap left behind .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were friendly and informative. I asked about baggage storage before check-in time, and instead they offered me early check-in if I signed up for their loyalty program (free).
Cons: The breakfast area gets crowded.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and helpful staff. Near shopping mall and post office. Clean room and comfortable bed. And very reasonable price!
Cons: Nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good with a lot of options.
Cons: They upgraded to a jacuzzi tub which was a little high to get in and out of.... and my grandson pushed a button to turn it on and then couldn’t get it to turn off... finally got it off but it appeared no one had used it in a while cause black stuff came out of the jets. I did not request the upgrade.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice , but small pool
Cons: Shower pressure very low. Breakfast just average. Gym equipment not working.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Sharon at the front desk was not helpful nor did she conduct herself professionally. There was an error in our reservation which was the fault of the resort and she acted put out when we asked for assistance to make things right. Very unpleasant experience interacting with her.
Cons: Room was given away and forced to take a room that had one bed and one pullout when we originally paid for two nights with two queen beds. Paid for the two nights and was only there one. Plus slept in a bed and pullout.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast was an unexpected bonus and the swimming pool and jacuzzi was great ( hotel provides towels by the pool ) . Lots of restaurants / take aways walking distance away
Cons: I should have booked a room with two beds as the sofa bed was a bit small for two teenage boys !
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and value.
Cons: Mattress was an Eastern king so it was too short on for my legs they need to get a Western king. Jets Didn't work on the hot tub did know how to turn on

Cons: The pool was very small and I saw a few rats running around outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very nice and friendly and everything was immaculate, I am very picky and could not find one thing dirty or out of place. Very impressed!
7.0 Good
Pros: We enjoyed the pool and breakfast the most.
Cons: I would have liked a bit more security over in the pool area since the door from hotel to the pool is not gated or locked during the day, you are not sure who should really have access to those areas. Anyone can come in and out with out using card keys.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and quite environment.

Cons: beds too high, chair too high and not comfortable, no sofa or cozy chair.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is wonderful, it is right across the street from a lovely shopping center with good restaurants, coffee shops, a juice bar and groceries. The grounds were beautiful, the pool area was a treat and the waterfalls were a delight to see. We ate lunch and dinner at Harvest, the crab cake was just delightful and I had it twice in one day because it was so good.We loved eating dinner around the fire pit. The staff were great, especially the front desk staff. We got there a little early and they accommodated our earlier check in (around 2pm). I would stay here again and even recommended other family to come.
Cons: The service for the restaurant was a little slow, but both times we came only one server was working and had a big area to cover so maybe adding additional people/servers would be beneficial. I do not think it was the servers fault as they tried their best to accommodate us.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The excellent breakfast!! The omelets were great to have every day! There was always some type of meat either sausage or bacon each day. Had muffins, fruit, at least 5 different choices to drink each day. Was just fantastic!
Cons: None.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room, authentically nice staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is outstanding
Cons: You could hear the upstairs guests. Especially when they were on the bed. Loud, squeaking sound
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location (for what we were looking for) .. good property ... nice breakfast
Cons: Coffee in the room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were wonderful. The dinner my sister had catered out by the pool area was wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. There we about 25 of us total.
Cons: I think the only thing I didn’t find good was the size of the pool towels as they were quite small. And the toilet paper was cheap. It was not what I would normally buy as it was only 1 ply.

Pros: breakfast was great, especially for children. the staff were friendly, especially the cleaning staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable. Loved the snack shop. Very convenient and well stocked.
Cons: Have broken arm needed help to put things together at the end to leave. Even the big manager came and they would not help me. Very disappointed at the lack of help and at the attitude of no service. Until that time everything was wonderful but it left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. We all need special help at different times and they did not provide it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast included (more than just continental), late checkout (noon) and the ease of checking in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Standard Hampton, Breakfast inclusive Wafflemaker but without bacon! Location is good direct behind walmart and some Restaurants in walking distance. Early checkin, ad one a’clock, easily possible!
Cons: The Pool area looks not very clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious and staff was helpful. Gave us a great recommendation for dinner.
Cons: Breakfast burritos were burned. But, had plenty of other options.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I liked the big king room and bed . Everything was clean and comfortable. It smelled clean . Coffeee and cookies was a nice welcoming touch . Breakfast was great .
Cons: Nothing to state .
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Nothing at all. I will expect a response.
Cons: Very beginning to very end. I had a horrible trip. The whole staff that was "assisting" me and my fiance treated us like a huge burden. I wouldn't come back that is for sure unless it's a full comped stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff & continental breakfast!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was a mix of super friendly people and others were borderline rude, not sure what was going on there. Beds were comfortable and this is the first time at a hotel there were enough pillows and towels for us. Breakfast was good and facilities were clean. I will he back in a couple of weeks. I travel a lot for sports and Hampton is definitely at the top of my list.
Cons: The review said they had a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, this is apparently only in the suites and not the double queen bed. Unfortunately that was disappointing as I travel with my kids and need two beds but definitely would've been better having those two items. Our room was loud which was not my previous experience there. Our neighbors had loud music going all night one night and lots of other noises too.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for an LA trip.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: We tried to check in, but the hotel's credit card system was down for "updates". They rejected 2 of our cards and 2 other customers' (that we know of). Luckily we had family nearby who housed us overnight...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: In general everything was good and the employees very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast was not included. And payment of car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT- my family really loved and enjoyed staying at this location.
Cons: N/A
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable seating areas in the lobby and outside. Pool with cabana style seating was very nice.
Cons: The trouble with the thermostat for the A/C left the room uncomfortable for the first evening. Very nice maintenance man resolved the issue.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The maid services
Cons: Carpet halls, pillows and mattress.
6.3 Good
Pros: The only thing that I can say, is that the staff was friendly and the food in the little café was good.
Cons: I expected more for a “ higher end hotel “ rates were high, and when I requested an extra bed or roll away, I was told that they don’t have them so 1 guest had to sleep on the floor. With the cushion from the bench seat in the room. The pool was nothing more than an average pool at a cheap motel, and no jacuzzi. We will not be going back. Honestly there are better accommodations including breakfast at one of the lower end chain hotels
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is the only reason I would stay again. It's not a bad hotel but it does not live up to its reputation. To me it is just average. It a dressed up older hotel. But the furnishings are showing wear and tear. During my stay the ac was down for 7
6.3 Good
Pros: The location straight off the freeway and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Noisy room next to Elevator and doorway to swimming pool. This made sleeping difficult. Also the single glass panel to the shower meant water spilled over bathroom floor. The reward scheme for delaying towel changing was rather limited in that to redeem rewards you had to purchase from the bar, which in our experience was not open when we went to purchase drinks so basically we went without clean towels and received no personal advantage. The Staff and Management were very good however in discounting part of our parking fee to compensate us. Despite all we had a good stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, the staff were all very helpful. Very clean, washing machines, cafe, shop. Comfortable beds.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Parking is terrible, especially when you charge a fee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice , clean , friendly staff, updated , modern , spacious room and bathroom , mini fridge , microwave and coffee pot in room.
Cons: Parking is an additional $15 Per night , no continental breakfast
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Pretty much nothing there.
Cons: Front office staff was not very welcoming. When I checked out, the lady in front did even ask how was my stay. It was less to be desired. I would come back to Calabasas but not to your hotel. Please re-train your staff on good customer service.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nice, big bed. Good shower. The location is nice - there were many shops and food places in walking distance.
Cons: It was not possible to open the window in my room. That was horrible for me to let no fresh air in the room. I had some spider nets in my room as well. And it was actually quiet pricy and for that price too basic.
