Staff was helpful, upgraded our room as we had 2children along with us and the room we booked was not ready yet.
A group of men was smoking at the pool but there was no management around to stop them from doing so, they were also drinking and behaving rowdily, making the environment not family/child friendly. Also, it would be better if babycot was adjustable and not made of metal.

Our last visit was the “third” time we encounter this “alvin” at the counter. From the moment I saw him, I already knew the history will repeat itself. But I think the last visit was the worst among the rest. I did highlighted to him our request about the 2pm check out, because I can’t access my account directly with Far East Hospitality thus I need to do alternative way thru booking.com. I explained to him clearly about the 6pm complimentary check out given to regular guests which I didn’t asked til that late but rather politely reminded him of 2pm check out request as usual. We checked in around 5pm+. We don’t normally encounter any issues upon checking in, since the counter staffs are familiar to our faces plus they always double check and confirm requests and notes. He is as arrogant and as rude and as impatient as he is, from the very first encounter, the 2nd and the third. He kept on telling me that the 6pm complimentary check out are only for their reg guests, even the 2pm check out he totally ignored and says the hotel is fully booked the next day even I asked him to double check the system because it is not, specially now with this Covid19 effects with local hotels and even all over in the news. I know how stubborn and difficult this person to speak with so I just say “nevermind”. I then realised that the room he gave us is non smoking room, I then we are regular guests to this hotel and the first reason why we often came yere is because of smoking room, he insisted that we did not book such and there is no smoking room available. I did try to hold back my temper but his tone, arrogance and everything really pushed me to my limit and told him we cannot accept it, that even my always been calmed partner got pissed and say he is not supposed to make the decision for us without even saying a word to us and explaining the situation. To be honest, this staff is really making your hotel reputation so bad. Totally disappointing and no respect at all,
The pool at the top floor. The bed was nice. Food was good too
No coffee stirrer in the room. At first didnt know need to press and hold the switch for the lights. We pressed once and multiple times. As a result, out of sudden after a few minutes all the ligjts turn off and switched back on again many times by itself.
The convenience of eateries around and the infinity pool equip with a jacuzzi!
Needs to install bidets in the toilet.
Its not clean , especially the toilet shock me ! And the toilet tools has been used and not been replaced !
