Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and enjoyable pool facilities, highlighting easy access to the beach and a variety of amenities. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unfriendly or inattentive staff and communication barriers. Cleanliness is another concern, with several guests mentioning unclean rooms, bathrooms, or communal areas. While the pool area is generally appreciated, breakfast and dining experiences often fall short of expectations, with complaints about limited selection, extra charges, and poor quality. Overall, the hotel offers a good location and amenities, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
