Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight several recurring issues at this hotel. Many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and poor communication, especially regarding amenities like the pool. The pool itself was a frequent source of disappointment, with complaints about it being cold, closed for maintenance, or not matching online descriptions. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with reports of dirty rooms and leftover items from previous guests. Bed comfort was another negative point, with some guests finding beds uncomfortable or broken. Overall, while there were occasional positive remarks about the pool's cleanliness, the negatives regarding service, pool, cleanliness, and bed comfort were more prominent.
