Lost Important Luggage

Cons: Our luggage did not arrive to JFK. We landed on Saturday, 1/27, and there is still no update.... It had expensive rugs and gifts and spices plus more.

Truly the worst experience of my life

Cons: At the jfk airport business class check in desk with my mother in law, with 3 bags to check in. The first two bags went in fine. But the lady from royal air moroc was putting tags on our bags and started checking in another passenger X at the same time. I said wait a minute, let’s do one passanger at a time. Lady insisted she knew what she was doing. Of course she put my name tag to passanger X bag and my bag was assigned to passangers X name and destination. I didn’t realized that until after I landed in Malaga, our destination, the next morning. We were in Malaga for 5 nights and didn’t receive our bag until 8 hours before our flight back to nyc. The first two bags didn’t arrive with us either. they arrived the next night after we landed in Malaga. No clothes no toiletries for 2 days. We requested seafood meal in business class and was given the most disgusting meal I’ve ever seen. Cold seafood mash with cold veggies. It smelled so bad. I couldn’t even take a bite.

Terrible

Cons: The airline canceled our flight. We were not informed of the cancellation until it was too late. We had to take a bus to our connecting flight in Casablanca which led to missing our flight to Lisbon. We lost an entire day. Never flying with this airline again

Awful experience

Pros: Nothing at all

Cons: We had an infant and at gate check, the baggage handler slammed our stroller to the ground. Moreover, the rudeness of the flight attendant was something I've never seen. She claimed our carry on was too heavy to be brought on board. We had a baby for gods sake. Formula, bottles, etc, should be allowed. FInally the kicker, we didnt receive our checked luggage upon arrival to CMN. We had to run through the streets of CMN after midnight searching for a store open for diapers, formula, clothes, etc. The staff of Air Maroc were awful. They could not provide a reason for the lost luggage nor a time when it will get here. 26 hours later, and after spending our own money to get to and fro the airport, we received our luggage. Never again Air Maroc, never again!

Flight We booked was cancelled.

Pros: Nothing to like. We had a connecting flight. We missed the international connection.

Cons: Flight was canceled. We were not notified until we checked in at the airport. Was booked on a later flight. Missed our international connection. Loss our luggage. Had to buy ($2000+) 2 international air tickets one way to get home by Sunday night. One week now still no luggage. Unreliable. Never again.

Lost Baggage and very poor service

Cons: Air Maroc lost my luggage and has been unable to come up with any information about its whereabouts. The airline largely runs its lost luggage operations on pads of paper as far as I can tell. They’re agents at Casablanca airport were bordering on belligerent rather than helpful. It is nearly impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. Glad we arrived safely but that’s about all I can say for this airline. Do NOT check your bags, make sure they come under the arbitrary carry on weight limit that Air Maroc uses.

Terrible experience

Cons: The trip was postponed without communication/announcement. We had to take a taxi to Casablanca for our flight to NY, terrible!!

Changing departure times.

Cons: My journey a wrong turn at the beginning w an email saying my flight was cancelled. I was relieved to find that i was on either a different flight or the time changed. However the time was changed back without warning and I had to run to my gate after being handed a boarding card after going through passport control. Needless to say, my luggage didn't make it. Time will tell if it eventually shows up

Cons: I was stuck in the airport with no explanation for 7.5 hours missed my connecting flight and was treated very rude I would like a refund
