The Victoria Hotel

We were there during the Covid crisis. The hotel handled the situation calmly and were extremely organised and helpful while maintaining a smile.

Friendly stuff was super helpful even throughout this Corona situation. We were offered a very affordable room rate, first at The Victoria, then at their Sister-hotel The Palace, since we had to stay longer in Malta due to travel restrictions. Good breakfast and dinner, I highly recommend halfboard. The spa area is generously designed and offers much space to relax. Also, our room had a balcony and the rooms felt cozy and offered a nice retreat. The location is top, major bus stops are not far away and eg bus line 222 brings you even directly to the port of Cirkewwa, without having to transfer. You can be in Valletta or St Julians within 15-20 minutes. Or even walk if you like.

Please communicate earlier that at The Victoria, halfboard does not include any drinks except tea and coffee at dinner, and that bathrobes cost 2,50EUR per day.

I have been here before initially through a recommendation, as such I have returned twice as it covers exactly every aspect I required whilst I was in Malta.

The Sauna was broke on this occasion for a small period of time, the last time the Steam room was broken, but that is really a first world problem.

I want to say thanks to the people, who work in this hotel, in this not simple situation they operate perfectly. Hope to come bake to beautiful Valletta, and to stay in this hotel.
