Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the breakfast, with several mentioning it was fresh, well-stocked, and enjoyable. Some staff members were noted as friendly and helpful, particularly at breakfast and check-in. However, many guests reported issues with service, including inflexibility, poor training, and unhelpful responses to problems. Cleanliness was a concern for several, with mentions of outdated rooms, unpleasant odors, and mold. Room size was occasionally an issue, with some finding rooms small or not as advertised. Overall, while breakfast and some staff interactions were positive, service and cleanliness need improvement.

Pros (+) We were traveling from nyc to fla. This hotel is right off 95. The outlets are right next door along with some easy to het to restaurants. The indoor heated pool was small but clean and warm. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast saved us a stop on the highway...coffee tea cereal and bagels when we left early the next morning. Overall. Great!
