Petko Takov's House

I really liked the design of the place, very rustic and folky. Rooms were clean and comfy. Definitely recommended to stay here.

It's a bit far from the centre of Smolyan, you might need a taxi if you come with public transport. It's near the church so be prepared to hear bells in the morning.

Excellent service, attention to details, everything was beyond our expectations. Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. The food in their restaurant was some of the best we had across Bulgaria!

Very friendly hosts. Restaurant with delicious food. Very nice and authentic room. Good breakfast. Parking available on the spot.

Nothing to complain about!

Very clean, comfortable and friendly owner. The house is with old Bulgarian style, but modern at the same time. It’s a short bus ride away from central Smolyan, buses are fairly frequent. Also the local coach station is right by the property.

This might not bother everyone, but the property is right by a main road, so there may be some noise depending on where your room is.
