Staff was less than friendly. We purchased parking in the garage for $10 and were not told the spaces and facility itself were for compact cars and we have an F150 truck. Needless to say my husband scraped the side of our truck while trying to back out of a space that was too small for our vehicle. There was no way around it since the garage only has 10 spaces for vehicles and one way in and out. The room we were given was very poor. We opened the foldout couch and a spring fell on the floor. I asked for 2 additional pillows when I booked the room and we didn't get those. Bed was very uncomfortable. The first time we stayed we loved it. But we had a different room this time around, along with different staff who paid no attention to detail. Very disappointing. Will not be back!

Very soft bed; fine for spouse, horrible for me. Due to a barking dog which was left alone by an inconsiderate guest(s), we were moved to a "Superior" room as compensation. What made this superior?...still trying to figure it out. Moved to a higher floor? Ridiculous! It's the identical floor plan two floors above where we were originally. The overhead light didn't work (the pull chain for the light fixture is broken off) we had a utility table as a desk. One bedside table lamp. A floor lamp next to the credenza was the only other light source working in the room. Outside, the pool and hot tub were filthy; obviously not well attended-to. They have verandas with nice views. Parking is an additional $10/night if you use their garage; otherwise, free parking is available a city block away from the Chalet. Not great for guests with handicap limitations (which we have). And, for cryin' out loud, can't you place more identifiable signage from the road so you're more easy to locate?
