6.0 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: The cleaning product they use is horribly strong and chemically, you walk into the room and your eyes and throat immediately start burning. There is one ice machine for the entire hotel. All 3 wash machines were out of order. Parking is far away, uphil
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location. Colorado is beautiful!
6.0 Good
Pros: Price for location is amazing.
Cons: I've stayed in a lot of cheap motels; this place is a dump held together with duct tape.
5.0 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: room was not as shown and was falling apart
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Not sure why this place isn't rated higher--it's a great value for the money. You need to know what you're getting (it's basically a motel, you walk an outdoor hallway to get to your room), but the amenities were solid and the location is unbeatable for the price. It's right on the Snowmass mall, a short walk to restaurants, shops and one of the main ski runs, and right across from the stop for the free shuttle bus into Aspen.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Fair price at an excellent location
Cons: Staff members (front desk) unprepared to give assistance / give basic instruction about check in, check out, parking price - Difficulties for communicate clearly
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location, dated and very basic rooms
Cons: Very dated, small bathroom
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location. The pool was nice.
Cons: The hotel was HOT. Even though the temperature was cold at night with the windows open we were unable to sleep. It also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. No AC.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and good price
Cons: Hotel is kind of old. No heaters on the elevators.
6.0 Good
Cons: I didn't know the rooms did not have air conditioning. It wasn't terribly uncomfortable, as they did provide a floor fan, which you could position anywhere.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Rooms have no heat, smelly, dirty. Good location is the only bonus.
6.0 Good
Pros: Price
Cons: No a/c in the room and it was very hot. Slept with the window open and a fan blasting. Bed frame was a bit oversized and my son and I both whacked our shins on it several times.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful bar/ restaurant/ hotel, and great pool/ hot tube.
Cons: The staff forgot to load our skis and went all the way home without them. The pull out sofa pulled out to almost touch the fireplace room 530 and there was not enough room to walk. My 6 year old got a pretty bad burn on his arm from trying to get through the space and bumped the fireplace. The room is poor designed with not enough room for the pull out couch.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility top notch.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent, especially valet.
Cons: Expensive.
2.6 Mediocre
Pros: The facility looks very nice and was. The service is the issue
Cons: The service ended up being terrible and has resulted in a disaster story to tell friends about. Just awful. First off, when I got there I learned there is only valet parking. I hate to have anyone else drive my car and being forced to did not get us started off on the right foot but is not a huge deal so we just moved past it. We got to our room which was nice and the best part of the experience. Then I got food poisoning from room service (Burger) so I could not sleep. Then in the middle of the night the fire alarm when off. We had to go stand outside for 45 mins waiting for the fire department to get their and clear the alarm. The kitchen set off the alarm while cleaning. By the next morning I just wanted to get home but on check out noticed they charged a $15 resort fee and a $15 valet fee added on in addition to the tips I gave the drivers. I did not raise a fuss with the staff as they were already hearing from other guest and I wanted to get home. They did not offer any discount or anything for the fire alarm which is bad customer service in my opinion. So, to sum it up, I was forced to valet park, got food poisoning, had a fire alarm set off in the middle of the night, had multiple unexpected fees, and received poor customer service. I still can't believe how bad that one night when.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spa was exceptional and the food at their restaurant was amazing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service was outstanding.
Cons: Restaurants very expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and service, beautiful accommodations.
Cons: The first night the sheets had holes in them, the last night the bottom sheet did not fit and the top sheet was nonexistent. The hvac fan ran continuously.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was phenomenal!
Cons: Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend as much time as we would've liked in the end since we had an early flight out of Denver.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Had dinner at the hotel and the food and service was excellent, the waiter was well informed and willing to go above your normal expectations. The rooms were very small and even with very few people staying guest were all lumped together in one area of each floor. This took away any sort or privacy and quiet that you usually find at this type of resort in the summer.
Cons: Hotel front desk staff were terrible. They would not answer the phone they were slow to respond to any requests and appeared as if they all hated their jobs. Our check out and getting our car from valet was a disgrace on the hotel. Management obviously takes a break after the winter ski season which is not normal for this quality of a hotel. Perhaps some stock holders will look at this 5 star resort hotel that is being run like a 2 star mom and pop motel in the summer and turn it around. I would not recommend staying at this hotel in the summer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean. The swimming pool was really nice and the location very quiet.
Cons: The fireplace did not work as it should have and even the staff came to fix it, it still kept turning off and not turning on again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and the rooms were so relaxing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly, courted and helpful. Location is great for ski in / out and 4 mountain sports on premise made it a breeze for rentals and gear transport to the other ski areas. Rooms are well appointed - we felt right at home.
Cons: Our room location wasn't the best - a little noisy at times - too near the lobby.

8.2 Excellent (848 reviews)

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Snowmass Village? This hotel has facilities measuring 2303 square feet (214 square meters), including conference space. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary during limited hours.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: just a short walk down the side street about 100 yards or less to the snow, practically ski in/out. the lift was a short ski down the hill. I wish the staff would have recommended that, rather than catch the shuttle and then walk to the lift.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to the village, bus stop right outside the hotel.
Cons: Dark, dingy, old looking. Needs updating, no water pressure, front desk staff was not very bright, although friendly. Had to ask for a packet left for me 3 times. And had to make them check to see if my baggage arrived. They didn’t believe me when I told them it had arrived. Furniture was dated and dingy. This place needs an overhaul and not worth $500 per night.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: bare bones
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No kettle in the room Elevator is always busy and not useful
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant is great. The staff are very helpful and kind. Loved the availability of the drivers to be able to take you where you need to go.
Cons: The rooms seem a bit old. Vending machines in the lower level and washing machine and dryer as well made it a little inconvenient if you stayed up in the upper floors. Not a real Ski in and out type of hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location! This hotel was literally steps from the slopes. So it is an older hotel with a rustic ski lodge feel, the service was outstanding and the transportation crew really went above and beyond. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but did sit at the bar where we were well taken care of. We would definitely come here again.
Cons: My only negative is that the hair dryers were pretty weak but since I didn’t have to bring my own with me I really can’t complain.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was in a pretty location and the staff was nice
Cons: There was no air conditioning and it was brutally hot. I realize it is a ski lodge, but in the summer, the mountains get hot too. Considering the price tag and the attempts at being a fancy place, the lack of air conditioning was really lame.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to slopes
Cons: Needs updating
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the front desk were excellent. 100 stars for the staff going above and beyond!
Cons: Wish I had a microwave in the room but I would still come back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, between Snowmass Village and Mall. Quiet, clean, cosy, nice staff. Highly recommended. Hot tube and swimming pool are great.
Cons: The breakfast isn't included in the price and it's no so good anyway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Very convenient to the slopes. I liked the heated pool a lot
Cons: Everything was fine. One odd quirk was the drawer in my nightstand kept sliding out on its own but that could easily be remedied
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nice setting
Cons: Out of much of the food on their menu and the room needed a deep cleaning. Ceiling fan had several inches of dust on it and when we turned the fan on, large clumps of dust went everywhere.

Cons: The location
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location in Snowmass Village! Basically a ski-in, ski-out situation with easy access to restaurants and bars. They also had reasonable pricing for parking permits. Overall, this was a great place for relatively cheap compared to other places in the area.
Cons: There is only a 2 hour window for breakfast, so if you are taking your time in the morning you have to keep that in mind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outdoor hot tub was the highlight of my stay. The morning breakfast was decent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are spacious and extremely modern, comfortable and clean with vaulted ceilings...new furnishings and extremely comfortable. Excellent location. Easy parking. Restaurants, bars, shops and skiing immediately available. It doesn't get any better
Cons: No.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: Outdated and no AC - expensive
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing. staff, location, price, room layout, cleanliness.
Cons: The pillows were very very flat. It was uncomfortable and we both woke up with kinks in our neck. With that said, we would absolutely stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is right in the Snow Mass ski village. Would be an ideal place to go anytime of year. We brought our 8 month old and they provided us with a pack-n-play and even put a sheet on there for us. Great room, very spacious and we had an AMAZING view of the mountains. they also provide a continental breakfast that is perfect for a quick bite before you hits the mountains. This resort is great for families or a group of friends who want to do a mountain getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I plan on coming back and staying again!
Cons: nothing, it was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Pokolodge. It was comfortable and clean and a great value. I would absolutely stay here again.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Not applicable.
Cons: There was no ac? I felt suffocated and after I ate the breakfast I got sick and it ruined my whole day of plans.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location very near the upper village is very good, but unfortunately, it’s a very long walk to the ski slope. Everything else was absolutely fine

Cons: The hot tub closes early
6.0 Good
Pros: 1) awesome location! Steps away from Mall, village and Lift 2) free bus service to Aspen 3) staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk girl!
Cons: 1) carpets are a little stained, dirty, burn holes 2) same with blankets, and uncomfortable 3) TV has wires hanging out everywhere and it mounted next to microwave lol 4) everything is just outdated - if the owner wolf but a few new rugs, use a touch of paint and replace some of the old furniture it would feel a lot more cozy.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The lounge was comfortable and there was a heated pool. Close to snowmass mall.
Cons: No kettle for boiling water, no drinking water in the room. Parking was a bit of a distance from actual room so walking in the cold was not ideal. Couldn't ski in October as it was low season and as a result shops and restaurants were closed.

Pros: While not ‘ski in/out’ it is extremely easy to get to the mountains (all 4) and anywhere else you want to go. The local shuttle services are awesome so it’s actually better (for us) that the location is away from all the crowd ... it was very peaceful! The condo is an outstanding value, 10x better than the cost of just a room on the slopes, even for just a couple. It is well stocked with dishes and utensils, towels, etc.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice condo, excellent staff, great location - but parking was tough for a second car during the Spartan Race. Could not have been better otherwise.
Cons: Parking can be an issue. There's just one spot for the condo. Other parking is iffy during events and peak season.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The shuttle was fantastic! Staff was very willing to help! Never made it to breakfast and soup for lunch but nice to have available. Traveling with special needs granddaughter and everyone was most helpful in accommodating her needs. Parking was very useful. Jose Feliciano was most helpful on our arrival getting our gear unloaded.
Cons: A few more utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful. Made a spaghetti dinner for 11 without anything that worked to serve it easily - spaghetti server would have helped. No spatula either. But at the end of the st these are minor issues!

Pros: The staff was the tops! Good breakfast included.
Cons: The restaurant would cook brussel sprouts every night and you could smell them as far as the 4th floor!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and amenities
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I arrived on March 11 in Aspen, and the day I checked in to The Limelight I was advised to rebook my ticket and leave. I had planned to stay until March 19,2020. Needless to say, it was heartbreaking trip to Aspen. I changed my flight thankfully that same night otherwise I would have had to drive to LA as most flights were booked to get out of Aspen. The location of The Limelight is great, the staff is very helpful and kind. The only negative , I was not refunded for the five nights I prepaid. I was told a ‘credit’ will be honored for one yr.
Cons: Only the refund policy ; we were forced to leave due to Covid , they should have given me a credit.

Pros: The rooms were just ok - i have stayed in way better 4 star resorts. However, the heated pool and hot tubs were great. Overall i'd say save your money and stay in a nice 3-4 star hotel instead.
Cons: waaaaaaaay too many dogs!!!! To a non pet owner, this just doesn't give the 5 star experience. I did not have good service in the bar. Our luggage was not delivered on time from valet. Also, the spa amenities were nice but not too clean, the showers were clogged and hair was everywhere.

Cons: Very old hotel. It appeared as though they were doing some renovations while I was there but the hotel is definitely on its last leg. Unfortunately, the room wasn't carefully cleaned, either. On the surface it looked clean, but there were a few things left in the bathroom in the bathtub and the sink, and most of the surfaces in the room were quite dusty.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: While not ‘ski in/out’ it is extremely easy to get to the mountains (all 4) and anywhere else you want to go. The local shuttle services are awesome so it’s actually better (for us) that the location is away from all the crowd ... it was very peaceful! The condo is an outstanding value, 10x better than the cost of just a room on the slopes, even for just a couple. It is well stocked with dishes and utensils, towels, etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beutifull location . Away from city madness yet close to ski mountains
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was comfy. Definitely worth the price. Will definitely visit again.

Pros: Everything was amazing. staff, location, price, room layout, cleanliness.

6.0 Good
Pros: 1) awesome location!
