Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting the beautiful views and convenient access to Sorrento, though some noted the uphill walk or road crossing as minor drawbacks. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned as a strong point, with many describing rooms and facilities as spotless. Service was generally regarded as friendly and helpful, with several guests appreciating the staff's assistance and hospitality, though a few experienced less warmth or patience. Room size and comfort were also positively received, with many enjoying spacious accommodations and balconies. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others finding it basic or limited, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives in guest experiences.
