Summary of reviews

Guests say
The overwhelming majority of guests report extremely poor cleanliness, with many describing filthy rooms, strong unpleasant odors, mold, stains, and even bed bugs. Safety concerns are also prominent, including broken locks, intimidating encounters, and a general sense of insecurity. Many guests mention a lack of basic amenities, such as towels, toiletries, working elevators, and functioning TVs. The hotel is described as being in disrepair, poorly managed, and not matching online photos. Only a few positive remarks are made about the location or price, but these are far outweighed by the negative experiences.
