Only problem was the height of mirror and look out spy in door for shorter adult visitors.

It was OK not much to do there. It was more a stop over before our cruise
shower was faulty, would only run tap and shower at the same time and it was cold both morning and evening. boiler had to be repeatedly reset.

Worst location ever. Drove around all night (about 4 hours) looking for this Inn. And all of the other Premier Inns in the area weren't helpful or sympathetic either.
Staff were wonderful - and offered to repay the cost of our room without being asked!
We absolutely detest sleeping in a room that has been used by a smoker - unfortunately that was the experience. We know that it is very difficult to remove the ever present smell of tobacco smoke - but we would urge you to set aside rooms to be absolutely non-smoking.
The receptionist was excellent, very informative and helpful, gave us the feeling that nothing was too much trouble. A very pleasant introduction to the hotel.
The only disappointment was that there was no licensed restaurant on- site, only a Road Chef. The receptionist directed us to the Beefeater pub at the nearby Premier Inn site, which was only 5 minutes or so away. But we did have to drive!
