First room offered was not good - terrible smell of drains, but I was moved immediately to another, very good, room. Receptionist very courteous and helpful. Also, the restaurant was closed the night we stayed but I was e-mailed in advance and asked if I would like a restaurant booked nearby, which was done.
Rather soulless, not a place you would stay for more than one night.
