Free 2 bottles of water each day and fresh towels. We stayed 5 nights and they changed the sheets once and made the bed each day. The water got hot very quickly. Felt very safe there.

Pros:It was fairy clean
Cons:Staff was ambivenlent, or even rude. Room was in poor shape, heater didn't work, nor did hot water. Tiles falling off of wall. Staff didn't come fix water, was rude and dismissive. Never staying here again and telling everyone I know this place is poorly run

Pros:We stayed twice over the course of a week. One night was in the east tower in a room overlooking the interstate. It was very noisy, even 21 floors up. I did not sleep. Some of the upkeep on the property seems to be falling behind since the Ascuaga family sold it.
Cons:The second night we got a room in the west tower on the back side of the hotel away from the interstate. It was a remodeled room, quiet and comfortable; noticeably more so than the older rooms in the east tower. We paid the same price both nights. Whatever price you pay, request a room on the back side. The pool area is nice and large, too. It was well used, but didn't feel crowded. The casino is like most other large casinos in Reno. You'll find whatever you're looking for there.
