The owners of the hotel are friendly and helpful. I was attending a conference in St Gallen and they advised me on taking the train and which stations to get off at. The room was very clean & tidy. Hot drinks are available free of charge for all guests. Free parking is available on site which is very handy.

The staff are very friendly and try to help at our every request. From the windows hear the bells of cows. We booked a family room, it would be two twin rooms with shared bathroom.

The owners run the hotel and they go way beyond the norm of great hospitality. I travel a lot so it was fabulous to stay in a place where you really feel people are in the trade because they actually like, and are interested in people - rather than polished hospitality! It was raining the day I left....so they ran me to the train station in St Gallen! So grateful for that! Bedroom was spacious, lots of light, excellent desk in front of large windows with a view towards the mountains. Bed comfy. Slept well. Sauna was good. Walking, hiking it’s all there.

The distance from St. Gallen is just ideal, not too far but quiet enough. The surrounding landscape makes every tram trip like a dream. The room was clen, the staff was very friendly.
A few types of vegetables could lift the quality of the breakfast even more, but regardless everything was all right, enough and fresh.
